What was up with them anyone one who read all seven issues knows what their purpose was and that was to serve the wall. Do you think they had alterior purposes though like nail bunny or the bubbsy boy. What do you guys think.

I THINK THAT IN PART THEY WER SUPOSED TO REPRESENT (oops cap locks wer on) or wer derived from some aspect of johnen or or maybe some aspect of his veiw of society or somthing like that. of corse i'm just guessing, you'd probubly have to like ask mr.vasquez. actualy you can probuly find an intervew transcript on the web somwer , i'm sure we're not the first to ask the question.

they are two aspects of despair.

Mr Fuck is Self Loathing. He is the Voice that tells Johnny that he's a fucked up rat bastard, and every breath he takes fouls the air that newborn babies will have to breathe some day.

PsychoDoughboy is the opposite number. He represents The overly Critical Judgmental Hypocritical voice that Tells Johnny he's okay; Its everyone else who's screwed up. This is a Bleak and Nihilistic Part of Johnny that allows him to get on day by day without succumbing to Mr Fuck's insinuations.

the two are meant to keep Johnny active serviceing the wall. Too much Self Hate and Johnny kills himself. Too much Extroversion, and the wall goes hungry.

      two cents for ya.

Also, it should be noted that whether or not anything that happened around Johnny was real or not, he was surely insanse. He himself knew it.
