Johnny needs some airtime

I was thinking about how great it would be to see an adaptation for JTHM into a mini-series on HBO. Does anyone remember when HBO did Spawn? Now, I've heard that after Zim, Vasquez said he didn't want to do anymore shows, but I feel that the freedom of an uncensored channel like HBO and the limited number of shows (it shouldn't be much more than the comic was and shouldn't stray too much from it) would make for a quick, easy, and by far one of the most entertaining cartoons ever.

i have been a fan of Nny and Squee since a ex-roommate shoved the comic in my face and screamed "obey and read!!"

i was recently watched most of the Zim cartoons and thought to myself, damn if that fucked up artist that i love so much done gone and got himself a show. did the folks at Nick ever look at his previous art? did they care? i mean these are the people that first exposed us to Ren and stimpy. i love the characters and can't wait for the DVD's.

as big Vasquez fans, did you guys enjoy Zim as much as I did?
